§ 150.30  RULES AND REGULATIONS; PROMULGATING; FILING.
   The Building Inspector is hereby authorized to propose written rules and regulations as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter; provided the rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter and shall be approved by the Town Council. The Inspector shall file a certified copy of all rules and regulations adopted with the Town Clerk-Finance Officer.
