§ 150.25  SERVICE OR ORDER; CONTENTS.
   If after the notice and hearing, the Inspector determines that the dwelling under consideration is unfit for human habitation because it does not meet the minimum standards of §§ 150.17, 150.18, 150.19 and 150.20, he or she shall state in writing his or her findings of fact in support of the determination and shall issue and cause to be served upon the owner and others interested therein an order:
   (A)   If the repair, alteration or improvement of the dwelling can be made requiring the owner, within the time specified, to repair, alter or improve the dwelling to render it fit for human habitation or to vacate and close the dwelling as a human habitation; or
   (B)   If the repair, alteration or improvement of the dwelling cannot be made requiring the owner, within the time specified, to vacate and close the dwelling as a human habitation.
