§ 90.01  ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   No horse, goat, cattle or other animals, shall be permitted to run at large within the town limits. The owner of the animal may be given a citation or the animal may be impounded by the animal control division, and unless claimed within four days, shall be disposed of as the town shall deem best.
