(A) A vehicle may be operated on any street of the town designated elsewhere in this chapter as a business section at a rate of speed not exceeding 20 mph; provided, however, that at no time shall the speed be greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing.
(B) The speed limit on state highways in residential sections shall be 35 mph and 25 mph on all other streets.
