§ 73.15  MOVING CARS FROM PARKED POSITIONS.
   Cars being parked shall be moved out in the direction headed, or if they are parked at an angle with the curb, they shall be backed out on that angle until they have cleared the other cars and shall then proceed in the direction they are most nearly headed in.
