(a) Intent. To establish and preserve a medium density Residential District that is visually compatible with a neighboring single-family residential use and conducive to and safe for a high volume of pedestrian use.
(b) Permitted Principal Uses. Single-family, two-family and multifamily dwellings of not more than six units.
(c) Conditional Uses. The same conditional uses which are permitted in Residential District One, subject to the same conditions.
(d) Restrictions. No single building shall be over 3,000 square feet in ground floor area.

(e) Accessory Uses. “Accessory building” includes barns, tool sheds and any building except houses or garages in Residential Districts One and Two. Accessory buildings shall be limited to one story and a floor area of 500 square feet.
