(a) For the purpose of establishing land development regulations in and for the Village, the Mahoning County Subdivision Regulations, together with all amendments thereto, as of December 1, 1994, are hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set out at length herein.
(b) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.231, a complete copy of the Mahoning County Subdivision Regulations, as adopted herein, is on file with the Fiscal Officer at the Village Hall for public inspection. A complete copy of said Regulations is also on file in the Mahoning County Law Library, Mahoning County Court House, Youngstown, Ohio. In addition, the Fiscal Officer has copies of said Regulations and of this chapter available for distribution to the public, at cost.
