Whoever violates any of the rules and regulations of the Board of Commissioners of the Municipal Forest and the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Any second or subsequent offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more man thirty days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
