1024.07 COMPLIANCE BY UTILITIES REQUIRED.

Except in circumstances of emergency caused by acts of nature or accident wherein a utility is required to act immediately to preserve the public safety and welfare, a utility shall make all reasonable efforts to comply with this chapter.
