1024.05 DISTANCE OF STREET TREES FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIREPLUGS.

No street tree shall be planted within ten feet of a fireplug, or so close to a street corner as to constitute a safety hazard or impede visibility now or in the future as determined by the Tree Commissioner.
