As used in this chapter:
(a) "Park trees" means shade trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in all public parks, grounds or lands owned by the Village or to which the public has free access as a park. The Municipal Forest is excluded from this definition.
(b) "Street trees" means shade trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in the public right-of-way of all Village streets or ways of any nature, including, but not limited to, all streets, avenues, alleys, lanes or ways. "Street trees" are further defined by species in Section. 1024.16.
