1020.04   STREET AND SIDEWALK WIDTHS.
   (a)   The streets of the Village shall be of the width shown by the Official Map on file with the Fiscal Officer and made a part hereof.
   (b)   The width of all sidewalks in the Village shall be not less than four feet.
