860.09 DUTY OF POLICE TO ENFORCE.

It shall be the duty of any police officer of the Village to require any person seen vending, and who is not known to the officer to be duly licensed, to produce his or her vendor's license and to otherwise enforce the provisions of this chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
