(a) No person licensed as a vendor under this chapter shall engage in vending beyond the hours expressly approved in the application. However, under no circumstances shall any temporary vending be permitted Monday through Friday before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., or on Saturday and Sunday before 9:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m.
(b) If any residence or business property is posted with a notice which states "NO SOLICITORS INVITED" or similar wording in English, a vendor with or without a valid license shall immediately and peaceably depart from the premises.
(c) A vendor, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peaceably depart from a premises when requested to do so by any occupant of a residence.
(d) A vendor shall approach any premises only from the door located at the front of the premises. Every solicitor, upon going onto any premises in the Village, shall examine or look for a notice, if any is posted, and be governed by the statement contained in such notice.
(e) No temporary vending shall be permitted where otherwise prohibited by the ordinances of the Village.
(f) No solicitor, without a valid license first having been issued pursuant to this chapter, shall sell, hawk, peddle or vend, or attempt to sell, hawk, peddle or vend, at any residence.
