The fee which shall be charged by the Fiscal Officer for the license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day of vending. However, for applicants who, upon evidence sufficient to satisfy the Mayor, demonstrate that they are vending for not-for-profit organizations having a charitable, civic, cultural, educational or similar community purpose, the fee shall be waived.
