860.01 TEMPORARY VENDOR DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "temporary vendor" means any individual or group selling, offering for sale, hawking, peddling, canvassing or vending any goods, wares, merchandise, produce or services of any kind where such activity is not confined to a permanent structure in a district expressly zoned for such activity.
