814.04   PERMIT APPLICATION, FEE AND DISPLAY; HOURS OF SALE.
   (a)   The Fiscal Officer shall provide applications for permits for casual sales.  Such applications shall include the name of the applicant, who shall be a resident of the Village, his or her address, telephone number and length of residence within the Village, the nature of the merchandise to be offered for sale, the date of the sale and the hours and duration of the sale.
   (b)   An application for a permit is to be submitted by the Fiscal Officer to the Police Chief or another responsible agent.  The Police Chief shall approve the application and shall regulate the hours of the casual sale, except that no casual sale shall begin earlier than 9:00 a.m. or last later than 8:00 p.m.
   (c)   The Fiscal Officer shall charge a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to the applicant.
   (d)   Every permittee conducting a casual sale shall keep posted in a prominent place, upon the licensed premises, the permit certificate, and shall exhibit the same upon request.
