It is the intent of this chapter to regulate, restrict and control casual sales conducted on residential premises within Residential Districts. It is not the intent of this chapter to prevent corporations not for profit, churches, temples or recognized clubs or lodges from conducting casual sales, provided that such corporations not for profit, churches, temples, clubs or lodges conduct their sales on real estate owned and/or occupied by such organization.
