270.06 RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY PENSIONS.

The Village shall maintain the existing plan and make payments into the pension systems (Police and Firemen's Disability and Pension Fund and PERS) of each full-time employee eligible on the effective date of this section, and will maintain the existing program, including payments herewith, until the expiration of this section at the applicable rate, as set by the administrators of the system required by State law.
