270.01 BONDS.

   (a)   The following bonds shall be established:

      (1)   Mayor, fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).

      (2)   Fiscal Officer, thirty thousand dollars ($30,000).

      (3)   Administrative Assistant, fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).

   (b)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to pay the premiums necessary to secure said bonds.
