(a) The Village of Poland and the Township of Poland shall each make an inventory of all personal property and vehicles belonging to their respective subdivisions and all such personal property and vehicles shall be transferred to the Western Reserve Joint Fire District. If, during the first year of the Fire District, it is determined to disband, then each subdivision shall receive back all property so transferred, reasonable wear and tear excepted. If the Fire District disbands after one year, then the Board of Fire District Trustees shall decide as to the disposition of the personal property and vehicles.
(b) The Village and the Township shall enter into a lease agreement with the Fire District for the storage of personal property and vehicles within their jurisdictions. The Village shall agree to lease the present fire station and the Township shall agree to lease the new fire station, as soon as it is completed on a site to be selected by the Board of Township Trustees.
(c) The Village and the Township shall contract with the Fire District, using their present fire budgets, less expenditures already incurred, until such time as taxes can be levied to manage the Fire District.
