(a) No person shall knowingly enter any public restroom or comfort station in the Municipality which is set aside and clearly designated for the exclusive use of persons of the opposite sex.
(b) The provisions of division (a) of this section shall not apply to plumbers, janitors and similarly employed persons when doing necessary cleaning and repair work at the request and under the direction of the owner or occupant of the building in which such restroom or comfort station is located, nor shall this section apply to any child when he or she is accompanied by his or her parent or other chaperon.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
