258.12   PART-TIME OFFICERS.
   (a)   The fixed monetary compensation for part-time Village employees serving in the capacity of police officers shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) upon completion of 240 hours of service each year.
   (b)   The schedule of pay shall be the second pay of December of any given year.
   (c)   Part-time police officers shall maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance while on duty at all times during the year.
   (d)   If a part-time police officer, at any time during the year, fails to maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance, as described in Uniform Standards of Conduct for Member Performance for the Poland Village Police Department, as adopted by Ordinance 899-92, passed September 15, 1992, a fifty dollar ($50.00) reduction in such police officer's compensation for each charged and proven offense shall be made.
   (e)   This section shall be made retroactive to January 1, 1992.
