660.08   STORAGE OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person shall park, store or permit to be parked or stored for a period of more than thirty days an unlicensed motor vehicle or any part thereof, upon any lot or land other than that of a junk dealer or licensed automobile dealer, unless it is located within a completely enclosed building or garage.  The Police Department is authorized to serve notice on property owners or persons in possession of any such lot or land upon which an unlicensed motor vehicle or any part thereof is stored.  The thirty-day period shall commence on the day of service of such notice.  No person who is the owner or in charge or possession of any such lot or land on which such unlicensed motor vehicle or part thereof is parked or stored outside, shall fail to remove the same after notice as aforesaid.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense.  For a second offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.  For each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
