254.01   ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION OF STREET COMMISSIONER; EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.
   (a)   The position of Street Commissioner is hereby established in and for the Village.
   (b)   An employment contract shall be used to hire the Street Commissioner annually.
