The Village hereby authorizes the adoption of the alternative formula, as prepared by the Mahoning County Auditor in his letter dated August 1, 1989, as the alternative formula for allocating the Undivided Local Government Revenue Assistance Funds of Mahoning County, beginning with the allocation for July, 1989.
The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of original Resolution 004-89, passed September 19, 1989, to the Mahoning County Auditor.
