(a) A new financial statement form shall be used by the Fiscal Officer for reporting on Village finances to Council.
(b) All parts of such form shall be completed in full by the Fiscal Officer.
(c) Forms must be submitted to Council on or before the third Tuesday of each month and will be the official financial report for the previous month.
(d) The current forms and procedures for filing such a report are hereby abolished.
