(a) The duties of Clerk-Treasurer shall on the effective date of Ordinance 1420-12, be combined into the office of Village Fiscal Officer.
(b) The appointed office of Village Fiscal Officer is hereby established in and for the Village as provided in Ohio R.C. 733.262(D).
(c) Approval for the Fiscal Officer's residence outside the Village is hereby authorized as provided by Ohio R.C. 733.262(D).
(d) This section shall take effect December 1, 2012.
