220.08 POWER TO APPEAL BOARD AND COMMITTEE DECISIONS.

Decisions of appointed boards and committees of the Village may be appealed by Village Council by passage of motion to the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapters 2505 and 2506. Any such appeal shall be made within ten days of the written decision of the board or committee.
