Council hereby recognizes Robert's Rules of Order as its governing procedure and resolves to conduct all future business pursuant to such Rules to the extent Council deems fit. No action or business shall be taken otherwise than in accordance with these Rules when so requested by any member of Council or the Mayor, but no action by Council shall be considered a nullity due to the failure to comply with these Rules, unless compliance has been so requested or a point of order is raised by any member of Council or the Mayor as to any vote of Council.
