440.13 ENGINE RETARDERS.

(a) The use of any and all engine retarders shall be prohibited within the Village.

(b) “Engine retarders” shall be defined to include, but not be limited to, C brakes, Pac brakes, Tek brakes, Jake brakes, and any other type of engine retarders commonly utilized within the trucking industry.
