208.04 TRUST PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT.

The principal of the funds received under the will of Samuel K. Hine shall be held in a custodial account with a company authorized to do a trust business within the State, subject to the orders of Council. Such account shall be designated the “Village of Poland - Samuel K. Hine Trust Principal Account.”
