(a) The official seal of the Village shall consist of the following:
(1) A surveyor, as drawn by Mr. Al Parella, in royal blue.
(2) A round title over and under the seal bearing the words “Western Reserve,” “Range One,” “Town One” and the year “1796.”
(3) A round border in royal blue bearing, around the bottom, the words “Village of Poland, Ohio” in white.
(4) Interchangeable titles, in white, around the top of the seal, being:
A. “Official Seal”
B. “Member of Council”
C. “Office of the Mayor”
D. “Fiscal Officer”
E. “Solicitor”
F. “Zoning Administrator”
G. “Police Department”
H. “Street Department”
(b) A color copy of this seal and of original Resolution 009-90, passed October 2, 1990, shall be entered into the official records of the Village.
