432.44 NIGHT OPERATION IN POLAND FOREST.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the boundaries of the Poland Municipal Forest between the hours of dusk to dawn without a special permit therefor from the Police Chief. Such permit may be granted by the Chief for good cause shown and upon written application.
