412.05 SKATEBOARDS.

(a) The use of skateboards on Village streets, sidewalks and public parking lots is hereby prohibited.

(b) If the person riding a skateboard, in violation of division (a) of this section, is a minor, the skateboard may be impounded by any police officer and said officer shall notify a parent or guardian.

(c) Any skateboard so impounded under the provisions of this section shall be released to the parent or guardian only after a fine is paid.
