The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Poland by setting reasonable minimum requirements for the maintenance and occupancy of residential rental properties by requiring the issuance of a residential rental license and tenancy permit before any residential rental property may be rented or leased in the Village.
