The application for a permit required by Section 1462.01 must be accompanied with a description of the building, the course and direction over which it is desired to move the same and such other information as Council may deem necessary to know.
In the event that Council determines that the moving of the building can be accomplished expeditiously, without liability to the Village for personal injury or property damage, either private or public, Council shall demand a bond to be given by the applicant conditioned that the proposed work shall be done promptly, over the route described, and that the Village shall be saved harmless from any damage in any way whatsoever growing out of the work. The bond shall be in such amount as Council shall determine to be adequate and shall be continuing for such period of time as Council deems necessary for the full and proper protection of the Village.
Upon full compliance by the applicant with the conditions, and not otherwise, Council may grant the permit for the above purpose.
