290.04 WAIVER OR MODIFICATION OF FINES AND/OR COURT COSTS.

(a) The Mayor, the Magistrate and/or the Solicitor are hereby authorized to waive or modify fines and/or court costs if presented with extraordinary circumstances.

(b) This section shall be retroactive to January 1, 1998.
