1.08.010: GENERALLY:

A. The legal boundaries of the city are established as now shown, and from time to time as additions to the city are legally annexed or vacated, as drawn upon a plat of the city, such plat being adopted in section 1.08.020 of this chapter as the official map of the city.

B. Legal charges in the boundaries of the city shall be so indicated by the engineer as such changes appear upon the added portion of the plat which makes such change in the city boundaries. (Prior code § 1-3-1)
