The off street parking and loading standards are established to provide minimum standards by which off street parking and loading areas are designed, constructed, and maintained to provide adequate parking so as not to negatively impact adjoining properties, to provide convenient access to all land uses, and to assist in reducing traffic congestion and safety hazards.
