5.28.250: PROVISIONS SEVERABLE:
The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other provisions or application of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. (Ord. 2951, 2015)
