Any parent or legal guardian shall have absolute right to enter the premises of any facility during the period of care for the parents' or guardian's child or children. Any failure or refusal to allow entry to a parent or guardian may be grounds for revocation of the license. If a parent or guardian has been granted limited or has been denied visitation rights by a court of competent jurisdiction, this section shall not confer a right to visitation. (Ord. 2951, 2015)
