16.28.040: FINAL APPROVAL:
   A.   Planning and development services staff shall review the "implementation" documents for compliance with the above provisions and shall notify the affected parties.
   B.   No building permits or other land use permits shall be issued for the affected properties until the provisions of this chapter have been met. (Ord. 3043, 2020: Ord. 2971, 2016)
