A. An approved property line adjustment shall be implemented by the recording of a "record of survey" pursuant to Idaho Code title 55, chapter 19, recording of surveys, and the recording of the appropriate deed(s) with the county clerk.
1. The relocation (adjustment) of common property lines shall be surveyed and monumented pursuant to Idaho Code title 55, chapter 19, recording of surveys.
2. The "record of survey" shall be submitted to the city surveyor for review prior to being recorded and shall contain the signature and date of approval of the city surveyor.
3. A "record of survey" map shall be filed with the county surveyor and a full size copy of the filed survey shall be submitted to the city planning and development services department.
4. Appropriate deeds shall be recorded with the county clerk and shall contain the names of the affected parties, the description(s) of the adjusted line(s) references to the original recorded deeds for the affected properties and signatures of the affected parties with proper acknowledgments. A copy of the recorded deeds shall be submitted to the city planning and development services department. (Ord. 3043, 2020: Ord. 2971, 2016)
