After the review and a recommendation of approval of the preliminary plat application by the planning and zoning commission, the subdivider may proceed with the preparation of a final plat application pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The final plat application, with applicable fees, shall be submitted to the planning and development services department within the required two (2) year approval period pursuant to section 16.20.070 of this title.
