The applicant or their authorized representative shall file an application for preliminary plat approval with the planning and development services department on a form prescribed by the city, together with one (1) full size copies (18 inches x 24 inches), one (1) eleven inch by seventeen inch (11" x 17") drawing, and a PDF copy of the preliminary plat and the appropriate application fee paid in full.
