16.04.070: REPLAT REQUIREMENTS:
A replat shall comply with all applicable provisions of this title and Idaho Code title 50. The city may allow procedures other than replatting to adjust common property lines between abutting properties/lots subject to compliance with provisions of this title. (Ord. 2971, 2016)
