A. The Building Department, Fire Department, and Planning and Development Services are authorized to perform such other checks and inspections as the building official, fire inspector, and Planning and Development Services Coordinator, in their discretion, deem necessary, to ascertain compliance with applicable Building and Fire Codes and the zoning ordinance of the City and State.
B. Providers are required to pass an annual health inspection and maintain compliance with health inspection standards, pursuant to Idaho Code sections 39-1109 and 39-1110, and request that a copy of the results of said inspection be provided to the City of Pocatello Licensing Officer.
C. Providers must pass all building, fire, planning and zoning, and health inspections prior to the license being issued. Providers must also maintain these standards and adhere to the applicable building, fire, planning and zoning laws and regulations and health and safety standards as required by the State of Idaho throughout the licensing period as is required by those departments and agencies.
