15.24.020: REGISTRATION, LICENSE, BOND, AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Gas and mechanical HVAC contractors are not required to obtain a license from the city, but must possess required certification from the state prior to commencement of any work, comply with permit regulations below, and provide proof of bond and insurance coverage as set out in chapter 15.03 of this title. (Ord. 2759, 2005)
