Licenses granted as provided in this chapter may, at any time, be revoked for incompetence, dereliction of duties, misrepresentation, abuse of discretion, or any other similar impropriety, after a full and fair hearing is given the licensee by the City Council. In the event the license is revoked, the licensee shall be ineligible to apply for a license under this chapter for a period of one year from the date of revocation. Action taken with regard to any entity not in compliance with this chapter may be initiated by the Mayor or such other administrative personnel they may designate. (Ord. 2349, 1991)
